You will enter The Villa from the West with the Kitchen Island to the left and a cozy sitting area to your right…
But you will be drawn into the Great Room facing East to the breath-taking view that unfolds through over 60’ of glass.
No matter where you are in this room, lounging by the flat screen TV, dining at the 12ft Basque table, or reading on the settee, you will be framed with a panorama stretching from the distant hills of St Croix to Tortola’s Sage Mountain.
The Villa is a Two-Bedroom/Two-Bathroom Private Villa. We can accommodate 2 to 6 guests with a Queen-sized sofa bed in the Great Room.
The spacious bedrooms are well appointed with King-sized "Heavenly Beds", Air-conditioning, 42” flat screen TV’s with cable and DVD and an iHome for your personal listening.
Both Bathrooms are beautifully tiled and roomy.
One is private to the North side bedroom the other has double access and is equipped with a Washer & Dryer
You will find everything you need in our user-friendly Kitchen. The ceramic top electric stove & oven, microwave oven, blender, toaster, side by side Fridge/Freezer with ice maker and wide variety of cook & bake ware will more than satisfy your needs.
The Sun and Moon soaked poolside patio has a large shaded area as well, with 4 lounge chairs a Weber gas grill, outside dining for 6 and of course the 12'X20'
Solar Heated swimming pool. You can easily step in and walk from end to end in 5' of water, float on rafts or step up to the breath-taking view.

- Plus 12.5% USVI Sales Tax
- 65% of your rent is due here within 5 days of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The balance due of rent, Government Hotel Tax, and damage deposit must be paid in full at least 45 days prior to your arrival.
If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 80 per cent of your total rent will be refunded to you and 20 per cent of your total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If you cancel within 45 days of your arrival date, will retain 100 per cent of your total rent as full liquidated damages. However, if your cancelled dates are rebooked to another guest, 80 per cent of your rental monies will be returned to you for the nights rebooked, and 20 per cent will be retained as full liquidated damages. In rare cases, we may be persuaded to allow you to rebook your villa at a later date, without penalty to you. Refunds due to last-minute reductions in the total headcount originally booked will only be considered on a case-by-case basis when requested within 45 days of your arrival.

“We had an excellent time in this St John's Villa front Coral Bay! From the moment we stepped into the house – the tranquility and calming aspect of the space literally swept us away! The quietness of the property is indescribable! Abutting the V.I. National Park is a plus!! We enjoyed all the house had to offer, from the views inside and outside, the pool, hot tub, the landscaping, the grill, the stocked kitchen and the breeze from the windows! We spent quite a bit of time hiking…saw many, many animals and critters such as goats, donkeys, mongoose, hermit crabs, hungry pelicans, deer, sea turtles, stingrays, coral, coral, coral!! We will be BACK!!!” Looking forward to more stargazing!”

“This was our second visit to Coral Bay and this house was even better than the first one we had rented last year. The location is high enough up to get spectacular views! The house, pool and grounds are beautifully maintained by the caretaker (Dave). Wonderful house and location for my husband, 2 boys (5 & 7 years old) and myself. Would highly recommend this property for anyone interested in a quiet location with amazing views.”
