Welcome to Villa Felicitas, our beach house at Playa Coson in Las Terrenas, Samana. We have designed and built the house ourselves for our friends, family and guests to enjoy. The house is at a unique location on Playa Coson, a beautiful 10 km, palm fringed, quiet beach with clear, turquoise waters. You will love lounging on the terrace, staring at the ever changing ocean, strolling along the sands and swimming, snorkeling or surfing in the warm waves.

Villa Felicitas comfortably sleeps 10-12 guests. The main house has a living room with a large sofa, an open kitchen with two bars, a half bathroom and four bedrooms with bathrooms. There is a flat screen TV and a sofa on the mezzanine. The large covered terrace is the place to hang out with a big lounge sofa and a dining table that can seat ten people.

The small house (Studio) has a bedroom plus bathroom and an artist studio on the second floor.
