The kitchen is fully equipped and it gets lots of natural light through its two lovely balconies with views to the main street.
The area is quiet but full of restaurants, tapas bars, theatres, shops, museums and cinemas and is well connected with the rest of the city with 5 different metro lines nearby. (lines 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10).
