There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a large double bed and 1 more with 2 single beds. The living/dining room has a sofa bed which sleeps 2, a table and chairs, TV, DVD and sound system. The small kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge, electric stove top, microwave and a full set of dishware. The bathroom comes with shower. Heat and air conditioning.

The apartment is near all Madrid monuments and tourist places. Only 3 minutes walk to Gran Vía and Plaza España and 5 minutes to the Royal Palace and the Puerta del Sol, the epicentre of Madrid. Further along is the lovely Los Austrias neighbourhood with fantastic tapas bars in unexpected corners. Closer to home there are loads of restaurants, bars and pastry shops all with their specialties worth sampling. Also close to the apartment is the Opera, and just beyond the enormous Royal Palace and its surrounding park.
