Facing south, the sunrays light up the whole apartment. In spite of being a very busy area, the attic faces a calm street with no traffic at all.
It is a neighbourhood of great contrast, as you can walk through streets with low building houses and bargain in the popular Sunday Rastro market in Tetuán, while a few blocks away there is a business and congress area with high and modern buildings and famous show sites such as the Scala Melia Castilla as well as dance and concert centres in Brazil Avenue.
The apartment along with the terrace occupies a surface area of 140 metres with different spaces.
There is an open kitchen with a table for four persons, the bathroom and an office with windows facing a courtyard with much sunlight.
Further on there is a dining room and two bedrooms at each side of it, with windows that face the terrace. A door opens to an extensive terrace of 40 metres with a broad view to an attractive urban landscape of this area of Madrid that makes it an ideal place to sunbathe, relax at sun dawn or listen to music.
The terrace has access to two glazed rooms turned into solarium, with air conditioning.
The apartment is bright and luminous, has great views and is favoured with cosy spaces.

The rent price is independent of the number of persons who occupy the apartment.
Occupancy and Return:
The entrance to the apartment will be realized from 2:00 p.m. on, setting the hour with the owner or authorized person who will be there to hand over the apartment, sign the contract and receive the rest of the payment including the deposit. In case the tenant is late he will have to contact by telephone later to deliver the keys according to the agreement.
The tenant will find the apartment clean, orderly, with all the electrical appliances in good working order, with enough cooking utensils for six persons, with cleaning products and sufficient household linen for the agreed stay.
At registration the tenant will receive a list of domestic appliances and household e quipment of which the lesser will have a copy in case of possible losses or damages.
The exit of the apartment and return of key will be realized before 10:00 a.m. of the foreseen day after the lesser or person in charge checks that everything in the apartment is in perfect condition before returning the deposit.
The tenant must to leave apartment neat and clean, as well as all the household equipment and cooking utensils. Moreover, all the electrical appliances must be in good working conditions.
The tenant accepts the responsibility of replacement of items or repair of any damages caused in the apartment and of the household equipment caused by improper use and will also assume responsibility for the replacement of lost objects as for special cleaning services due to improper use of the apartment.
