This wonderful light & spacious home is across from the homes directly on Monterey Bay. It has a Reverse floor plan with views of the ocean from the front Living Room and views of the 15th Ave Beach from the Great Room, Kitchen & Back deck. On upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 1-King bed each and the Bath between them on the hall. Downstairs, the 3rd bedroom has 2-Twin beds which can be made into another King bed plus a Bunk bed. The 4th bedroom is set up the same way with 2-Twins with a Bunk bed. So a total of 10-beds: 2-Kings and 8-Twins.

The Great Room contains a Family room, Kitchen and a Dining area with a nice view of the 15th Ave beach. Reverse floor plan with Living Room, Great Room, 2-bedrooms & 1 bath with shower/tub upstairs. The playroom downstairs has a Pool table, a Ping-Pong table and a game of Skittles, made of wood. The other 2 bedrooms and a bath with a large shower complete the downstairs. New upgrades include locally harvested hardwood floors, organic linens, and low voc paint throughout. Also, there are authentic 1970`s memorabilia throughout. There is a fully fenced-in yard with gate on the driveway. Easy, and less than a 1-block walk to the marvelous large & sandy Sunny Cove Beach and just 2-blocks to the wonderful local Farmers Market on Saturdays and Sundays during late Spring, Summer and Fall. Off-street parking for 5 cars. Sorry no pets.
