This house has one home upstairs and one downstairs. This setup makes it great for family reunions and group retreats. You get the best of two worlds: everyone is together, yet there is plenty of privacy with 5-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, 2-Living Rooms, 2-kitchens and 2-Hot Tubs.

Grandpa and Grandma can stay on the ground level if they don`t want to always walk upstairs, and they can watch their Grandkids can play in the enclosed front patio downstairs. Mom, Dad, Uncles, Aunts & Cousins can BBQ on the deck upstairs, dine outdoors, lounge in the sun, have a glass of wine and watch the ocean. Teenagers can quickly walk the 90-steps to the beach. When they come back, they can use the warm water outdoor showers and jump in one of the two Hot Tubs. For dinner, you can use the large Kitchen, Dining and Living Room area and everyone can gather upstairs and enjoy the great setup with the large dining table, living room, fireplace, and deck with the view. After dinner, all can stroll to the Seacliff State Beach Park's wharf, down to the cement ship and watch the sunset.

The whole house has: Wireless Internet, LCD HD Flat screen TVs, Stereo, Linens, Towels, Bathroom sink amenities, Boogie boards and assorted Bicycles.

Upstairs: great views - from the large balcony you get a beautiful view of the beach. 3-comfortable bedrooms, Kitchen, Laundry, Dining and Living Room areas. Sleeps up to 10-guests, with 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, Fireplace, large Deck with the Ocean view, BBQ Grill & Deck furniture. The Hot Tub is located on the ground level down a quick set of stairs. The Living room has: a sectional Sofa bed & a love seat that sleep 3 in front of the fireplace and a flat screen TV. The Master bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom & large closet. Bedroom-2 has another King bed and a Twin bed. Bedroom-3 has a Queen bed and a set of Twin bunk beds & walk-in closet. The large Laundry room with washer & dryer is near the Kitchen.

Downstairs: Features an awesome patio and gazebo-enclosed Hot Tub and another BBQ with outdoor furniture and lighting. The Kitchen and adjoining Living room area have another LCD HD Flat screen TV. Bedroom 4 has: Queen bed & walk-in closet with a full bathroom across the hall. Bedroom 5: There is a half bath off the hall near the Living room.

You`ve got everything you need, a home away from home with lots of comfort. Step out the gate and take a level stroll right to the beach. The Rio Del Mar beach is 7-miles long and in the Rio Del Mar area has a small market, a deli called the Pixie Deli that specializes in BBQ Chicken and Tri-Tip and great Ice Cream cones. There is another deli that has great quiches and gourmet coffee, and soon there will be a white-tablecloth restaurant.
