You can also go out for shopping in small boutiques or in giant shopping centres.
And how would you like a tour around the city by bus or on a steamboat? You have a possibility to discover Berlin from another perspective. And if it gets raining, various museums and exhibitions offer you numerous opportunities.
And then, should you be looking for a place to rest after so exhausting touristic day, you are in the right place here. We can offer you a pleasantly furnished room for a reasonable price with a possibility of a direct contact with a Berliner (male or female), providing you with useful advices and various tips.
I can offer you a two-bed or a single room (the single room is furnished with a television set and a radio). From the balcony you can have a nice view of Berlin. The rooms are non-smoking rooms!
In the single room you can have an extra bed for a price of 10 euro.
For reservations for one night only, we charge an extra fee of 3 euro.
Breakfast costs 3 euro for a person. The house is newly built and it is in the Berlin-Marzahn district.
Traffic connection
It is a five-minutes walk to S-Bahn (city-train) station Springpfuhl as well as to a tram and bus station, so after twenty minutes of comfortable ride you will find yourself right in the city centre without having to get stressed and look for a parking place.
Surroundings
Among others, you can find several restaurants of various nations right on the corner. There is also the Sojus cinema (inexpensive admission), many possibilities to shop and a swimming pool with a sauna in the neighbourhood
