Easy to reach from Train Stations and Fiumicino International Airport our house is located in Marconi/San Paolo area, near to the Metro Station: enjoy the quiet and lovely place with a beautiful garden where you can relax and sleep as you deserve.

Few minutes walking to San Paolo fuori le Mura Basilica, Roma Tre University and not far from Palalottomatica Music Stadium and the EUR, roman business area.
Very well connected to the most important sites [Trastevere, Piramide, Colosseo, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Terme di Caracalla, Ostia Antica.
and shopping streets [Via Condotti, Via del Corso, Viale Europa].
Exchanging Metro line at Termini Station you can reach the Vatican and visit S. Peter Basilica.

Our B&B has two double rooms for 5 people in total: Il Cedro and L’Ulivo.
Superior quality of bed net and mattress [orthopedic or lattice].
Each room is with private bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

Tea corner always open for you during the day in the dining room, reserved to the guests only.

Families with children are very welcome. We can provide you with a crib for your baby and you can borrow all the equipment you might need for him: pram or baby carriage, baby food, sterilizing tools, toys.
Books, DVD and CDs library available for the guests.

The Garden
The Garden surrounds all of the house, with tall oak trees, forsythia, an attractive Lemon tree and lots of space to relax and enjoy breakfast outdoor in the beautiful season.
It is equipped with tables, chairs, benches and even ......a swing!

Welcome and sitting room
Appealing and quiet room with marble floor, equipped with table and chairs, a bookcase, Internet connectivity, all you need to prepare an herbal tea or a coffee, refrigerator, microwave.

A French window allows you to gain access to the garden and also to exit and enter the B&B structure safely with total autonomy and privacy.

The Rooms: L'Ulivo, Il Cedro, La Casa
The room with marble floor is equipped with a double bed, spacious wardrobe with drawers, bedside table with lamp, bedside rug, small table and chair. Additional bed, crib/camp bed is available upon request.
There is a private bathroom equipped with toilet, shower and hair dryer.
A fist-aid kit is also available in the room.
