In the city centre of Göteborg, only 10 minutes walking distance from the Swedish Exhibition centre, the Liseberg amusement park and the Avenue, which is Göteborg's main boulevard you can rent rooms by the day or by the week at reasonable prices. We also offer apartments which are rented by the week. All our guests have access to a laundry.

Apartments
We can offer flats containing two or three rooms. Our two-room apartments consists of one bed-room and a combined kitchen and living-room with a sofa bed for two people. Totally four beds. The three-room apartments have two bed-rooms and a combined kitchen and living-room with a sofa bed. Totally six beds. All apartments are tasty designed with a modern kitchen, microwave oven, dishwasher and LCD-TV. Oak parquet flooring in all apartments. Our apartments can be rented by the week. Sheets, towels and weekly cleaning are included in the price.

Rooms
We have also single- double- and rooms with four beds to offer. All rooms are approx. 18 square metres. The rooms with four beds contain two bunk beds. The single- and double rooms have two separate beds. All our rooms are equipped with shower, WC and TV. You have access to a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Sheets, towels and weekly cleaning are included in the price.
As the housing area at Utlandagatan 24 consists of many stairs we are unfortunately not able to offer appropriate accommodation for disabled people. There is, on the other hand, a lift to our apartments.
