The hotel was restored and renovated in 2004 when it was turned into a bed and breakfast hotel. Located on the quietest street in Merida, the home is two blocks from Parque Santiago and seven blocks from the Zocalo (town square). The entryway and living room have 18-foot beamed ceilings. The home has four air conditioned custom decorated guest rooms with their own private baths located in a cabana in the garden. All the guest rooms overlook the pool and tropical garden.
