This villa is a stunning Mexican modern masterpiece in design and furnishings, situated on a secluded private beach in Jade Bay and within walking distance into the town of Akumal.

This spacious 4,800 square foot home with five bedroom suites and en-suite bathrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. The hand-made terra cotta tiled floors and the heavy wooden double doors greet you with a feeling of being on vacation in Mexico. The floor plan is a designed synergy of indoor and outdoor spaces: the first floor doors disappear into the hidden wall reveals to create wide open spaces to the 60 foot long pool, the lounging patio, the sand patio and ten hardwood lounge chairs. The villa takes advantage of ocean views and perfect for expansive family living. The living room doors open up to a covered exterior living room of two cushion-covered couches, adjacent to the pool, making it easy to be part of the outdoors and not be directly in the sun. The first floor is designed with an open-floor plan and includes: • 2 ½ - story Entrance Foyer overlooking the Caribbean Sea and a step-down living room with a large built-in oversized couch. • Marble breakfast bar area to serve drinks and hors d’oeuvres. • Large kitchen area with a pantry and two sinks and a large refrigerator. • Dining room with a custom-made hardwood tree-trunk dining table serving 10 to 14 people with large glass views of the ocean. • Living Room of about 400 square feet with built in seating, Satellite TV, DVD/VCR and music system. • Artisan hand-made tiled bathroom at the entry area. • An outdoor kitchen space with a 4’ wide charcoal grill cooking area and a service bar. • Outdoor dining area under a roof graced with hardwood beams, with a table for 14 people. • Large patio seating area with hand made wooden deck chairs to view the Caribbean Sea. • The Serenity Bedroom Suite next to the pool, with artisan-designed wood furnishings and large bathroom with Mayan marble tub. The pool is a swimmer’s delight as it is a unique 60 feet in length. There is a marked swimmer’s lane, an infinity edge with a waterfall edge and two dark blue tiled lounge chairs are built into the pool steps. Four Bedroom Suites and Balconies Upstairs: Upstairs at Zen del Mar find four private Bedroom Suites with large private bathrooms and exterior living spaces overlooking the Caribbean Ocean. Special attention has been given to the bed design, with unique bed linens and fine sheets of 400 plus thread counts. Each bedroom has a mini-refrigerator, a security safe, a satellite TV and en-suite bathrooms with two sinks, magnifying mirror and hairdryer. A stairwell to the stars takes you up to the rooftop for the widest ocean vistas on Jade Bay. Here you will find a Palapa covered bar area with two large seated couches. A star gazing double bed made of cement, on the opposite side of the roof, was designed to lay on with an air mattress to watch the stars in all their glory as they appear in the Mexican sky.
