Luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom, 5,5 bathroom newly built St Barths villa rental, perched on Flamands hillside, offering a large and exceptional view on Flamands bay and the islands of Bonhomme and St Martin.
The master bedroom is located in a separate cottage, with its own private deck over the pool. 2 equal bedrooms connecting to the great room, are located on the main floor of the house and the 4th one is located below, by the fully equipped and air-conditioned fitness room.
The contemporary spacious and airy great room, featuring the Gourmet kitchen, dining and living, widely opens both to the view and to the heated lap pool deck and heated Jacuzzi.
This villa offers many places to relaxe and gaze at the view !
Located only a few minutes drive from the island most popular beaches, shopping areas, restaurants and thanks to its spacious and airy modern design, it's a perfect place for a family vacation or for couples.

Bedroom 1 – Master bedroom in a separate cottage
Ocean view, large king size bed, air conditioning, flat screen television with Dish Network, DVD player, Ipod dock, WIFI, dressing, safe. Spacious and ocean view en suite bathroom with a large shower area (regular shower head and rain shower head), light therapy, 2 wash basins, hair dryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.
Private terrace above the swimming pool and direct access to the heated Jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2 – By the great room

Fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with electric oven, steam oven, induction stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, ice maker, dish washer, wine cave, toaster, espresso machine, blender, electric kettle, professional mixer. Gas BBQ outside. Service for 8 guests.

Living / Dining
Spacious and nicely decorated contemporary style living, located in the great room and widely opening onto the view. Large and comfortable grey sofas. Large flat screen television with Dish Network and Canal Satellite, home cinema, surround sound system.
White wood rectangular table for 8 guests inside the great room and another design high rectangular table for 6 guest on the covered terrace by the pool.

Swimming pool & Jacuzzi
Lap heated pool 15m long, 2,90m wide and 1,40m deep, with stairs and inside bench; surrounded by a very spacious deck built on different levels (Jacuzzi level and sun bathing area level, below the pool). 8 lounge chairs.
Heated Jacuzzi for 8 persons. Beautiful view from all deck areas.

Fitness room
Located below the great room, next to the 4th bedroom. Beautiful view from this air-conditioned fitness room equipped with stepper, treadmill, bicycle and various work-out equipments (weights…). Flat screen television with DVD player. Full en suite bathroom with rain shower (and regular shower head).

This villa can be rented as 3 or 4 bedroom option.
