- The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mas - NY period
- All payments are required to be made by bank transfer net of all charges
- Security deposits may be requested on a case by case basis

This villa is an amazing place to stay with a perfect view and a woderful location.The owners are very welcoming. the house is clead and the amazing pool and the garden. our stay was ferfect and I ma hope we will come back to Koh Samui agian! Mr Desport et famille France
