They also include minibars, tea and coffeemaking facilities, flat-screen TVs and sitting areas. The upgraded suite is split-level, featuring a dining area and a private pool.
Organic breakfast, lunch and a 4-course dinner with wine are complimentary. There’s an infinity pool and a sauna, while massages are offered in the spa.

The Lodge Suite:
Conveniently located in the main lodge, our newest suite is privately positioned facing north-east and overlooks the valley below, with glimpses of the city skyline. With the native forest on your doorstep, you’ll enjoy complete privacy with giant Angophora gums and Lyrebirds as your only neighbours. Large open plan designs invite the outdoors in and allow guests unhindered bush views from bed, lounge, deck and even bathroom. Combustion fireplace and heated floors add to the homely feel of this 60 sqm suite, as does the separate lounge area. Amenities include flat screen TV, full mini bar, replenished daily, private balcony, a luxury bathroom with a built in bath tub overlooking the bush, and a king size bed.

If you think you deserve a real treat, or even if you don't, book in for a few days at Spicers Sangoma. This eco resort is set in a lovely bush setting only 80 kms from Sydney and a gentle 300 metres (1000 feet) altitude which lifts it just above the heat of the plains but below the freeze of the mountains. The individual cabins are widely separated for complete privacy and are equipped with every comfort, including your own log fire for winter. The tariff is all inclusive - 3 meals, minibar, you name it, and every meal is an event. The 5 course degustation dinners were so carefully planned and executed with such love and attention to detail, each course full of flavour and interest. But like any top destination, the most important feature is the staff. We experienced friendly, caring and expert attention from everyone from the cleaner to the general manager - nothing was too much trouble and all delivered with the combination of informality and attentiveness which is the hallmark of the best Australian hospitality.
