This traditional house is a perfect vacation rental gateaway to discover the Languedoc-Roussillon. It is ideally located on the outskirts of Montpellier (20 km), a stone's throw away from the golf course of Baillargues and the Camargue area.
The property sits in a beautiful garden with a lawn and olive trees and faces the swimming pool. It is nicely decorated with modern furnishings. On the ground floor, it is composed of a large living room with an open kitchen, and a dining area, all with tall windows overlooking the garden. The modern kitchen is fitted with a fridge, electrical stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all modern appliances. The first floor hosts three bedrooms with a large shared bathroom; one is a double bedroom, one a twin bedroom and the last a double bedroom (mezzanine) overlooking the living room.

This villa is surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool and barbecue area. There is also a private parking area for a few cars. The village of Mudaison, which is only a few steps away, has a grocery store selling all essential products like bread, meat, fruits and vegetables.
We highly recommend this villa for families or golfers looking for a quiet holiday close to a golf course (5 min. by car), and located between Montpellier and Camargue areas.
The Camargue is a beautiful National nature reserve especially appreciated by wildlife lovers, there are plenty of horse riding stables open to the public as well as walking tours available to admire the scenery and especially the bird watching. Don't miss the visit of Aigues-Mortes, a beautiful fortified village surrounded by the famous Camargue pink salt marshes.
Provence, Nîmes and its neighbor city Arles are also very near, in less than an hour by car, and offer fantastic holiday destinations with their cultural sites from the Roman times.
