Spacious family holiday house with pool surround by nature and walking distance to the village of Bélarga.
This villa features ample living space of about 330 square meters.
The ground floor is composed of a high ceiling living room furnished with two comfortable sofas on each side of a large fireplace and opening along one its side with bay windows onto a terrace planted with climbing roses. A separate open dining room also opens onto the terrace equipped with dining table and chairs.
There is a small TV room at the back of the living room with flat screen satelite TV, and DVD player.
The provencal style kitchen has an eat in table and 4 chairs and is equipped with all modern facilities including 2 fridges, a freezer, an oven, microwave and dishwasher. It opens through a bay window onto a covered terrace leading to the summer kitchen.
There is a large family bedroom on the ground floor with one double bed, one single bed, and one cot bed, and one bathroom equipped with a sauna.
The first floor is accessed through an wooden staircase leading first to the master bedroom, and its ensuite bathroom, then to two family bedrooms with mezzanines that can each accommodate up to 4 people in a double bed and two single mezzanine beds. These two rooms share a family bathroom offering a bath and a walk in shower.
The garden of more than 4000 square meters offers beautiful unbroken views over the surrounding countryside. The rectangular shaped swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters and 1,3 meters deep, is protected by an alarm system. It is surrounded by a wooden and stone terrace laid with a few sundeck chairs, and agremented on one side by a shaded terrace and a pool pool house equipped with a long dining table with chairs, a bar, a babecue, a fridge and a gas hob.
A ping pong table and a baby foot table are also available.
Parking spaces are available withing the property.
This property is conveniently located just a two minutes walk to the village of Bélarga, 15 minutes drive to Pézenas and half way between Montpellier and Beziers.
