With its garden sofa and dining table, the terrace offers incredible views of the garden, the pool and the Indian Ocean. A barbecue is also at your disposal for your grill. The villa is secured (fence + gate automatic access + alarm), and has a nice space to park your cars.

INSIDE
 On the ground floor, the villa offers a beautiful living space with a dining room and a lounge (flat screen and Wifi internet access), opening onto a covered terrace and its magnificent sea view. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, poured coffee machine, gas cooker, toaster, kettle ...). This holiday home with a neat decoration, has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed 160 and a bedroom with 2 single beds 90), 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. The capacity can be increased to 8 people using the convertible sofa of the living room. The villa also has a laundry area with washing machine.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential. and you will enjoy the proximity of many beach restaurants about 1 km from the villa, ideal places for a cocktail feet in the sand watching the sunset in the Indian Ocean. The city center of Saline-les-Bains is 2 km with bakery, tobacco / press, pharmacy ... One kilometer further, you will also find a supermarket.
