L´étage superior, where l´entrée of the villa is located, has two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms (one with bath d´hydromassage and l´autre with shower) and a terrace d´où admire the magnificent view of the Mediterranean.
At l´étage main, bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower d´hydromassage. A large, bright space comprises the modern and fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, courtesy toilet. In two of the bedrooms, the living room and dining room, large format TV sets.
OUTDOOR: the villa is built on a fenced plot of land d´environs 750m2 which we access by an automatic gate and there is enough d´espace to park several cars.
