Beautiful villa with private pool on the southern part of Elba Island, in the town of Marina di Campo.
Located in the gorgeous territory of the Toscana region this luxury villa offers a gorgeous panorama over the charming landscape of tuscan coastline and islands and allows to enjoy all the natural resources and also the historical and gastronomical features of this wonderful locality in Tuscany.

La Villa is equipped with all comfort and specifically with a charming fireplace to warm the ambience in the colder seasons, a nice private pool to spend full of fun hours with friends and family, a large garden with barbecue area for your summer dinners. The completely enclosed property is surrounded by a well-tended garden with a beautiful lawn, splendid palm trees and large patios for relaxing and enjoying the landscape. The property, located in a quiet spot about 1,2 km from the town of Marina di Campo, encloses the main house (3 bedrooms) and a guest house (2 bedrooms) just 40 meters away.
Elba Island's beautiful seaside is a short distance away, offering many beaches and inlets along the entire coast. At Marina di Campo's large beach (1,4 km from the villa), the guests can take advantage of special prices for renting a beach umbrella at the beach club, (bar and restaurant with a welcome aperitif for the guests).
Ferries from Piombino every 30 minutes in the spring and summer (1 hour or 35 minutes with fast ferry).

At guests' disposal: large outdoor spaces (about 1000 m2) with private pool (17 x 7 m- minimum depth 1,2 m- maximum depth 3 m- open from 01/05 to 30/10), barbecue, WC, outdoor shower and large stone gazebo next to the pool.
