Located in the new high altitude resort of Vars 2000 directly bordering the Route des Grandes Alpes which connects Geneva and Monaco. The chalet offers an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains in a quiet environment close to the center of Vars Les Claux. Come and discover this Prestige chalet of 350m² offering a high level of comfort.

Under a traditional architecture in larch, stones and slate roof, hides an exceptional universe bathed in luxury comfort and harmony. Every detail has been studied for your well-being during your vacation. Facing south, you can enjoy the terraces of the chalet to enjoy the 300 days of sunshine a year in the resort of Vars.

The chalet has three suites with bathroom, two deluxe bedrooms and a dormitory for 4 to 6 people with bathroom. 16 people can enjoy this chalet and the many common areas punctuating the different levels of the chalet.

On the ground floor is a laundry room, a games room with table football and bunk bed and a double garage for your cars and bicycles. Six other parking spaces are available in front of the chalet.

On the first level, there is a large living room with an open kitchen, two dining areas that can accommodate eighteen people, a fireplace lounge and a TV lounge. This space opens onto a large terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains and overlooks the relaxation area equipped with a hammam and an indoor heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming and a whirlpool bath. A suite completes the level.

On level two, there are two suites with bathroom, two Deluxe bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room equipped with a large TV and DVD player overlooking the swimming pool.

On level three is the children's dormitory with 4 beds and a bathroom. Two extra beds can be added.
