This fully- equipped house, just three minutes walk from beautiful Falmouth beach is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is a real home away from home. The spacious verandah, designed for complete "outdoor" living, has two sitting areas, a bar and a dining area located just off of the spacious kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast nook by the stairs leading to the bedroom wing upstairs and to a comfortable TV room with ensuite bathroom, a powder room and a laundry a few steps downstairs.
The bedroom level accomodates three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is ensuite. There is also a day bed located in the passage area just outside of the second bedroom.
Housekeeping service is provided twice weekly. There is dial up internet available together with a CD player and an ipod sound dock for your total entertainment and relaxation.
This house is located just 5 minutes drive from the spectacular Crane beach and hotel which has three restaurants and shoppiong facilties. A large supermarket is just 10 inutes drive away.

- 35 % deposit and a signed copy of the booking form are required in order to confirm booking.
- Balance due - 60 days prior to commencement of rental.
- If booking is cancelled before this 60-day deadline, full payment will be refunded with the exception of a US$100 cancellation fee.
- If booking is cancelled within 60-day deadline we can refund only what is rebooked (less US$100 cancellation fee).
- Travel insurance should be investigated in case something arises and you cannot travel.

Cheryl, myself and our two children had the wonderful experience of renting this Villa for 14 days in March. It was perfect for us! A very relaxing atmosphere; all facilities excellent. A well maintained and clean residence whose owners are very friendly, accommodating, helpful and informative. Falmouth Beach, only a short walk away, was nearly always empty. Everyday, except three, only our footprints were found in the fine, coral sand. Great value for money spent. Much thanks and appreciation to Yvette and Robert! We must also add that our Stoute and Sons representative, Lynn, not only dropped over for an informative visit on our second day, she also followed that up with a phone call a few days later to see if everything was satisfactory. In truth, it was perfect. We can safely say that when we return to beautiful Barbados, we will be staying at this wonderful Villa again!
