The pool is 8x3.50 with roman stairs and protecting cover, situated in a total sheltered terrace, separate from the entrance and main terrace. Includes an outdoor shower and sunbeds for to relax by the pool.

The main terrace is large and well furnished with the best views of the sea and village.
Villa Famara was originally a type I bungalow (1 bedroom) with a small kitchen and dining/living-room, 1 shower bathroom and a master bedroom, but has been enlarged with an annex with a giant bedroom with bathroom en-suite, with a large shower and washing machine etc. There to a conservatory with the same fantastic views as the main terrace. The 2 parts of the house are independent one from another and each one of them has its own entrance from the main terrace. It is though only rented out to one client at the time, who then can chose where they want to sleep. Villa Famara is the perfect bungalow for those who seek a holiday home with private pool, good views to the sea and a pretty garden.
