CONDITIONS OF THE STAY

The arrival time will be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival per e-mail to the contact person that will be given to you on the booking confirmation.

Check-in time is between 14:00 and 20:00
Arrivals after 20:00 will have an extra charge of 25 Euros.
Arrivals after 23:00 will have an extra charge of 40 Euros.

The keys are given when the amount of the stay is paid by cash or credit card.
Check out time is 11:00 .
The deposit will be refunded when we get the keys back and check that the apartment and the furniture are in order.
Handing the keys means the acceptance of the apartment’s state.

VERY IMPORTANT

It is forbidden to have more people than mentioned in the previous contract.
The rest and the tranquility of the neighbours must be respected. Consequently, the noise is forbidden after 21:30, inside the apartment or returning at night time. Special atention when closing the entrance and the apartment’s doors
The neighbourhood’s rest and respect is very important for us and we will not tolerate people who do not respect these norms and they will automatically be asked to leave without any refund of the amount paid.
We do not accept groups of people who come to Barcelona for stag or hen parties.
We do not accept either groups of people that come for final soccer matches.

BARNAPARTMENTS will not be liable for the possible theft of objects deposited in the apartment.

BARNAPARTMENTS reserves the right to demand a 200 Eur deposit or the credit card’s details in order to guarantee the good conditions and possible damages in the apartment.
(Not leaving the apartment at the indicated time, and not respecting the rest of the neighbours will be reasons for charging the deposit)

The deposit will be charged in the following way:
-A written autorisation signed by the tenant on the entrance.
-Payment with credit card.
-Cash

Payment Policy conditions

20% at booking by Bank Transfer or Credit Card
80% cash or credit card in the check-in
Check in time is between 2:00 pm
Check out time is before 11:00 am

Cancellation Policy conditions

Cancellation fee over the total amount will be applied:
from reservation to 10 days prior to arrival 0%
from 9 days to 0 days prior to arrival 100% of the first night.

These amounts will be refunded or charged from the same credit card of the reservation

Without previus autorisation animals are not accepted, and always with a deposit of 200 Eur refunded on the departure.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pre-payments or security deposits will vary with each apartment. Clients are encouraged to read through the terms and conditions of the apartment they choose. All security deposits required by some apartments are refunded back to your credit card account or returned to you in cash, as long as no damages have been caused to the apartment or there are unpaid fees.

VERY IMPORTANT Reasons for charging the security deposit
Failing to give back all sets of keys on departure
Failing to leave the apartment at the check out time
Damaging the apartment's furniture or facilities
Lodging more people than mentioned in this contract
Noises are forbidden after 21.00h inside the apartment and also in the staircase. Guest not respecting this point will be inmediately asked to leave the property with no refund of the rent paid.
We dont accept groups celebrating stag or hen parties, or football supporters coming to European Championship matches. Thank you for your understanding.

The property owner reserves the right to ask the tenant for the signature of a location contract when paying the outstanding amount of rent or upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE RESERVATION FEE
Written cancellations received up to 30 days before the arrival date will refunded with 95% of the reservation fee.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will not refund the reservation fee.
Regarding the amount of rent already paid to the contact person will depend on the cancellation policy stated by the property owner.

We reserve the right to change the accommodation or cancel the reservation due to irreparable damages or major reasons, and our company will not be liable for the inconveniences caused.
We will not be liable for the possible theft of objects deposited in the apartment.
