The apartment is a recently renovated apartment, measuring 50 m² and located in the Gracia neighbourhood of Barcelona, one of the most attractive and original areas of the Catalan capital. This neighbourhood is very well known and loved by locals and tourists alike for its history, and here you can find everything you could possibly need during your stay as well as living an unforgettable experience, living like a local in this exciting city. From here you can reach the main attractions of the centre such as Passeig de Gracia, Placa Catalunya or the Rambla, all of which can also be reached by metro or bus, with plenty of stops located near to the apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical old local building and can sleep a maximum of 7 people. There are two bedrooms (a large room with a double bed and a fold away bed and a second room with bunk beds), a large living room – dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. You will also find a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning and heating. At the top of the building there is a communal roof terrace with a table and chairs where you can make the most of the pleasant local climate.
