This is an apartment of 45 m², completely renovated, located in Rambla Catalunya, Barcelona's modernist area, in the Golden Square of the city, two minutes far from Paseo de Gracia, one of the most emblematic streets of the Catalan capital. This area is known and appreciated by locals and tourists in general for its modernist buildings of Gaudi and Puig. It also has the most VIP shops in town, and a number of restaurants to enjoy both traditional and international cuisine. It is 5 minutes from the famous
Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. Its convenient location is within walking distance to major tourist spots downtown. It is close to both the metro and railways and also has bus stops that will take you anywhere in town.
The apartment is on the fifth floor of a typical Modernist building and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, large living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. It has a flat screen TV in the dining room and in the bed room, WI-FI, safe, hair dryer air conditioning, oven, microwave and washing machine. Everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The perfect place to visit Barcelona with total freedom and comfort.

Check in time is between 2:00 pm
Check out time is before 11:00 am
Arrivals after 20:00 will have an extra charge of 25 Euros.
Arrivals after 23:00 will have an extra charge of 40 Euros.
Cancellation Policy conditions
Cancellation fee over the total amount will be applied:
from reservation to 10 days prior to arrival 0%
from 9 days to 0 days prior to arrival 100% of the first night.
These amounts will be refunded or charged from the same credit card of the reservation
Without previous autorisation animals are not accepted, and always with a deposit of 200 Eur refunded on the departure.
VERY IMPORTANT
It is forbidden to have more people than mentioned in the previous contract.
The rest and the tranquility of the neighbours must be respected. Consequently, the noise is forbidden after 21:30
We do not accept groups of people who come to Barcelona for stag or hen parties.
We do not accept either groups of people that come for final soccer matches.
