This apartment is set in the traditional and lively district of Barceloneta. Just 50 meters from the beach, take a swim in the sea or a stroll along the modern promenade that runs the length of the beautiful beaches of Barcelona. As you bask in the Mediterranean sun, just 10 minutes walk away you will find the fabulous facilities of Port Olimpic de Barcelona, one of the most representative symbols of the Barcelona Olympic 1992, and today, an area of Barcelona with the largest and most diverse range of restaurants and fun nightlife venues.
This recently renovated apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, living room with kitchenette and one bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine and microwave, as well as all the facilities required to provide optimum comfort and convenience.
In less than 1 minute you can enjoy a refreshing swim with the beach practically on your doorstep or in just five minutes be strolling through the picturesque streets of the old city. If you choose the option of walking, you can reach Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter, the heart of Barcelona, in just about 15 minutes, but if you prefer, there is also an excellent bus service that will take less than 5 minutes.
Due to its characteristics, this apartment is ideal for 3 people, but can accommodate in comfort, up to a maximum of 4 people.

- It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or anywhere in the building, as this is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment.
- If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public/garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. However, we can suggest a car park for you with a reduced and special rate for our customers.
- If you are travelling with a baby/ young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please advise before you travel so we can confirm availability and price.
- We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advance booking.
- No pets are permitted.
LATE CHECK-IN OR CHECK OUT:
50 Euros after 20:00 hrs.
70 Euros after 24:00 hrs and before 08:00 hrs.
DEPOSITS
- The deposit covers and ensures that noise will be kept to a minimum in the apartment, especially at night, which may cause annoyance to the neighbors/neighborhood.
To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in.
