The wide variety of dining options in this neighborhood traditionally known for its fishing and wonderful seafood, will make your stay unforgettable.
It has 2 bedrooms, master with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed. This cozy apartment also has a living area with kitchenette, equipped with washer-dryer, microwave and oven. You will also find heating and air conditioning, cable TV, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, iron, etc. all at your disposal.
The main attraction of this apartment is its proximity to the port area of Barcelona, as well as it being only a short stroll away from Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. In the neighborhood there is a wide variety of shops and amenities such as bakeries, local food stores, tapas bars and traditional restaurants. On your doorstep you have Port Vell of Barcelona and the Museo de Historia de Cataluña. This apartment is well connected with bus routes and metro to get you around the city if your feet get tired.

32 NIGHTS minimum stay
- It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or anywhere in the building, as this is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment.
- If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public/garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. However, we can suggest a car park for you with a reduced and special rate for our customers.
- If you are travelling with a baby/ young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please advise before you travel so we can confirm availability and price.
- We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advance booking.
- No pets are permitted.
LATE CHECK-IN OR CHECK OUT:
50 Euros after 20:00 hrs.
70 Euros after 24:00 hrs and before 08:00 hrs.
DEPOSITS
- The deposit covers and ensures that noise will be kept to a minimum in the apartment, especially at night, which may cause annoyance to the neighbors/neighborhood.
To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in.
