The apartment is located in an elegant building of the early twentieth century, fully restored with elevator. It has a capacity of up to 10 people. It has a total area of 150 m² and is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and large windows overlooking the street.
The apartment is spread over 3 levels, having direct access from the street through the middle floor. The floor you access from the street is complete with double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room and is easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
The apartment has a total of 3 double bedrooms with wardrobes, one with en suite and the other 2 with two single beds in each. It also has 2 sofa beds, one in the studio downstairs and another upstairs. The living room is spacious with a large TV. This apartment´s wonderful, modern layout will allow you and your group to enjoy your stay in Barcelona to the maximum.

IMPORTANT
- It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or anywhere in the building, as this is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment.
- If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public/garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. However, we can suggest a car park for you with a reduced and special rate for our customers.
- If you are travelling with a baby/ young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please advise before you travel so we can confirm availability and price.
- We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advance booking.
- No pets are permitted.
LATE CHECK-IN OR CHECK OUT:
50 Euros after 20:00 hrs.
70 Euros after 24:00 hrs and before 08:00 hrs.
DEPOSITS
- The deposit covers and ensures that noise will be kept to a minimum in the apartment, especially at night, which may cause annoyance to the neighbors/neighborhood.
To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in.
