This stunning apartment of 130m ² has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, all mod cons etc.. Spread over two floors, this apartment has direct access from the street. On the main floor you will find a double room with ensuite bathroom, large kitchen, dining and living room. In the main living area there are large windows looking out to the beautiful street of Tapioles. This apartment is easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
It also has a spacious, modern living room with a large TV and a comfortable leather sofa. You will find another comfortable living area on the top floor, equipped with sofas and armchairs for relaxing. There are 2 sofa beds to sleep larger groups at night.
You will find all the mod cons required to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable such as air conditioning/ heating, large TV, Wifi, etc plus we can include an Nespresso coffee maker upon request so you can enjoy your cortado every morning.
This apartment is located less than 300 meters from 2 metro stations, and a mere 10 minutes from the port of Barcelona and the famous Ramblas. Its close proximity to the Fira de Barcelona, facilitate your stay if visiting Barcelona for business.

- It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or anywhere in the building, as this is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment.
- If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public/garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. However, we can suggest a car park for you with a reduced and special rate for our customers.
- If you are travelling with a baby/ young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please advise before you travel so we can confirm availability and price.
- We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advance booking.
- No pets are permitted.
LATE CHECK-IN OR CHECK OUT:
50 Euros after 20:00 hrs.
70 Euros after 24:00 hrs and before 08:00 hrs.
DEPOSITS
- The deposit covers and ensures that noise will be kept to a minimum in the apartment, especially at night, which may cause annoyance to the neighbors/neighborhood.
To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in.
