This beautifully designed, elegant apartment has a stunning, private garden terrace and is located in the center of the old neighborhood of Sants.
It is located on the ground floor of a building with elevator and has an area of 130 m² + 35 m² terrace for up to 10 people. You will appreciate the beautiful harmony between pristine whites, warm grays and the wonderful contrast of red which creates a truly unique space.
Spread over 3 floors: the first of them you will find the main living room and a large kitchen with lovely dining space that has direct access to the stylish garden terrace with beautiful teak furniture. In the second you will find a space converted into two separate rooms by a sliding door, where you will find a double sofa bed, sofa bed and a single sofa bed. And in the third offers a double bed, a sofa bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. In total the apartment has two bathrooms and a guest toilet.
You will find all the mod cons required to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable such as air conditioning/ heating, large TV, Wifi, etc plus we can include an Nespresso coffee maker upon request so you can enjoy your cortado on the terrace every morning.
In the area you have a wide range of shops and restaurants as well as a wonderful local market. The apartment is located about 200m from Hostafrancs metro station (Line 1) which will take you directly into Plaza Cataluña and the city centre.

- It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or anywhere in the building, as this is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment.
- If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public/garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. However, we can suggest a car park for you with a reduced and special rate for our customers.
- If you are travelling with a baby/ young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please advise before you travel so we can confirm availability and price.
- We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advance booking.
- No pets are permitted.
LATE CHECK-IN OR CHECK OUT:
50 Euros after 20:00 hrs.
70 Euros after 24:00 hrs and before 08:00 hrs.
DEPOSITS
- The deposit covers and ensures that noise will be kept to a minimum in the apartment, especially at night, which may cause annoyance to the neighbors/neighborhood.
To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in.
