This fantastic designer apartment is located in the center of the commercial district of Sants and comes with a large private garden terrace.
With an area of 130m2 + 35 m2 terrace this 3 floor apartment can accommodate up to 13 people. On the first floor you will find the living room with access to the large kitchen/dining space. You will also find a leather sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, and a guest toilet. From this room you have direct access to the beautiful terrace with stunning teak garden furniture. The second floor has a double sofa bed, two sofa beds and a single bed. On this floor you'll also find a bathroom with shower. The third floor has two bedrooms, both with direct access to a balcony, the first of which contains a double bed and the second has a single bed and a sofa bed. On this floor is also a double sofa bed and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
You will find all the mod cons required to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable such as air conditioning/ heating, large TV, Wifi, etc plus we can include an Nespresso coffee maker upon request so you can enjoy your ¨cortado¨ on the terrace every morning.
In the area you have a wide range of shops and restaurants as well as a wonderful local market. The apartment is located about 200m from Hostafrancs metro station (Line 1) which will take you directly into Plaza Cataluña and the city centre.

- It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or anywhere in the building, as this is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment.
- If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public/garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. However, we can suggest a car park for you with a reduced and special rate for our customers.
- If you are travelling with a baby/ young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please advise before you travel so we can confirm availability and price.
- We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advance booking.
- No pets are permitted.
LATE CHECK-IN OR CHECK OUT:
50 Euros after 20:00 hrs.
70 Euros after 24:00 hrs and before 08:00 hrs.
DEPOSITS
- The deposit covers and ensures that noise will be kept to a minimum in the apartment, especially at night, which may cause annoyance to the neighbors/neighborhood.
To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in.
