This lovely, modern apartment is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Sants in a brand new building. Less than one minute away you will find the metro station HOSTAFRANCS (Line 1).
Within walking distance you will find the beautiful Plaza España and the magic fountain of Montjuic, the Fira de Barcelona exhibition center and the main railway station of the city, Barcelona Sants. Las Arenas, the old bullring that was recently converted into a shopping center is definitely worth a visit too. With bus and metro practically on your doorstep you can be whisked off in the city center in no time.
This stylish, bright apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a single bed and a convertible sofa bed. In the living room, you will also find a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed should you require it. There are two small balconies with outdoor chairs which allow you to relax in the afternoon sun.
You will find all the mod cons required to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable such as air conditioning/ heating, large TV, Wifi, etc plus we can include an Nespresso coffee maker upon request so you can enjoy your cortado on the balcony.

IMPORTANT
- It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or anywhere in the building, as this is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment.
- If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public/garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. However, we can suggest a car park for you with a reduced and special rate for our customers.
- If you are travelling with a baby/ young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please advise before you travel so we can confirm availability and price.
- We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advance booking.
- No pets are permitted.
LATE CHECK-IN OR CHECK OUT:
50 Euros after 20:00 hrs.
70 Euros after 24:00 hrs and before 08:00 hrs.
DEPOSITS
- The deposit covers and ensures that noise will be kept to a minimum in the apartment, especially at night, which may cause annoyance to the neighbors/neighborhood.
To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in.
