Calangute along with Candolim, Baga and Anjuna form part of stretch of beach extending from just outside Panaji city to Fort Aguada. Calangute is home to one of the largest and commercialized beaches in Goa. Calangute beach is located between Baga and Candolim beach.

- This Villa is a private, spacious, self catered, luxury 4 bedroom property set in the heart of Goa. The villa is situated within a fully landscaped private garden and is only 2 minutes walk from the Calangute beach. Sleeps up to 12 people and is ideal for larger families or groups. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a hospital is located within walking distance.

- Stylish and spotless rooms are large, airy and tastefully decorated with stylish wall hangings and pictures.

- All the bedrooms have elegant French windows which lead to a large balcony. The balcony has comfortable seating where you can sit down and soak in the sea breeze. The blue master bedroom has a double bed whereas the other bedrooms have twin beds (which can come together as a double). All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. The master bedroom has a T.V with separate satellite connection to the T.V. in the living room. All bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and table lamp. One bedroom is located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. All windows to the villa have mesh insect blinds. The master blue bedroom has an extra open terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing. Two extra mattresses can be provided upon request.

-Three Bathrooms- each contain a hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The blue master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The pink bedroom has a bathroom just next to the bedroom. The green and red bedroom have a common bathroom. Kitchen- offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove with oven, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Living Room- situated on the ground floor and opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden. Seating is provided on the front porch. The living room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television with cable, books, board games and magazines are also provided. Dining Room- The dining room has a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a home cooked meal, order in or ask the Villa Staff to cook you some authentic Goan dishes.

-Garden- the whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well tended and stocked with fruit trees. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax on the sun beds. There is space in the garden to have a BBQ. The hammocks in the garden will allow you to let go and unwind. Other Facilities Provided: – Iron with ironing board. – Hair dryer. – Clothes Rack to dry your clothes. House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm (IST). Linen and towels are changed twice a week. A gardener maintains the garden area.
