All villa rates (including discount rates) are subject to an additional 10% VAT and 5% service charge.
Rates quoted are for the entire Villa, with double occupancy per bedroom, up to ten (10) guests. Use of study room or additional beds upon request. Utilization of the study room as a bedroom shall incur a charge of US$50 and is only applicable when the Residence is booked as a whole.
All reservations are subject to availability.
Our Manager can arrange with ease: a visit to the Bali Bird Park, Blanco Renaissance Museum; a seat at the local Jazz club, Ubud restaurant reservations; fishing, cycling, rafting, horse riding, elephant trekking and others. Or, simply enjoy a walk in the early burst of the sun and chat with people of the village to gain an insight into their lives. Truly all is possible just ask!!!
