South Harbour Condo is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo located on Sabine Marina in the heart of Pensacola Beach, Florida across from about 15 restaurants, Casino Beach and of course the Gulf of Mexico. This South Harbour Condo is steps away from all that Pensacola Beach has to offer - restaurants, outdoor activities, and nightly entertainment. On the beach there are parasail rentals, jetski rentals, ocean sportfishing boat rentals, etc right across the street from the condo and everything is within walking distance of the condo. Also, in May, the largest ship to be sunk as an artificial reef, the Oriskany, will be sunk off Pensacola and serve as an artificial reef for recreational diving and fishing.
On the third floor overlooking the pool and Sabine Marina, it has 2 separate private bedrooms and bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, 2 t.v's, fully wi fi internet wired and ready for your laptop, dvd player, washer and dryer, and an exercise room on the ground floor. The condo features a large private balcony, 2 full bathrooms, and two full bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed and a second twin size bed as well. In addition, the couch in the living room is a sofa bed so that is the fourth bed so the condo can sleep a maximum of 8 people if necessary.
Please note that the condo is located in the heart of Casino Beach where Pensacola Beach events such as the annual Blue Angels show in July, fireworks and major holiday festivities take place, so due to its location and the shortage of hotel rooms, it is advisable to book well in advance. Please be advised that some repairs are being completed to the outside of the building.
