Mariners Cove

Set in the geographical heart of Sydney, Mariners Cove combines convenient, contemporary living in a tranquil natural setting.

We have a range of apartments including 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. All rooms are fully furnished and self contained with pool and fitness facilities at your doorstep.

Mariners Cove lies between Millennium and Bi-Centennial parks, offering a peaceful alternative to concrete suburbia. These famous wetlands are home to hundreds of species of native flora and fauna. It is one of the last refuges of mangrove wetland in the Sydney basin.

The location has both public and private transport. Mariners Cove is located between the Rivercat ferry terminal and nearby Olympic Park Railway Station and close to the M4 making travelling around Sydney a breeze.

All apartments are fully self-contained with luxury appointments. There are two choices, apartments which boast a spectacular waterfront view of Homebush Bay or those which overlook Sydney’s Olympic Park.

Three bedroom waterfront apartments combine generous living areas, study, large sunny balcony and accommodate up to six people.

Two bedroom waterfront apartments have panoramic views over Homebush Bay and all feature a large timber decked balcony. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and water views.

Olympic side two bedroom apartments are smaller with only one bathroom and look out over Sydney’s famous Olympic Park.

One bedroom apartments are also on the Olympic Park side. Furniture and appointments vary between apartments.

Additional Charges

From the 1st of July 2000, we are required by law to charge a Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all rentals. Approx charges are as follows:

1 bedroom - $10 p/w, 2 bedroom - $14 p/w and 3 bedroom - $20 p/w

Additional rates may applicable at various times of the year.

An exit cleaning charge of $120 for 1 b/r, $140 for 2 b/r and $160 for 3 b/r is payable on vacation of the apartment.
