This luxury villa is quietly situated in the quarter “ Les Marres”, about 3 km’s from the centre of Saint-Tropez and 5 minutes driving to the beaches of Pampelonne.

The villa consists of a large living room with fire place and Home cinema, dining room opening onto the covered terrace, television and a well equipped kitchen.

On the garden level :
One double bed rooms with en-suite bath room and dressing.

On the first floor:
Master bed room with bathroom, dressing and a private terrace and another 2 double bed rooms, each with ensuite bath room and a shared terrace.

On the downstairs level:
Another double bed room with a small kitchen (for staff).

Outside you will find a separate apartment with a double bed, en-suite bath room and dressing.
