The location is a recently built residential area, with private villas each in their own grounds. This villa is exceptionally spacious and very bright and has air conditioned bedrooms. The grounds of 2100m2 are grassed, with slopes and level play areas for children. The pool is surrounded by teak and the terrace which lies across the entire length of the villa is part shaded and provides an excellent place to enjoy a leisurely meal beside the pool. The living area is very comfortable with large sofas and easy chairs. There is open plan dining and a very well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the ground level and two on the upper. A modern villa with a good level of comfort and amenities.
