The villa has 400m2 and it was built about 300 years ago. It is in a plot of 40.000m2, with fruit trees and large extensions of fields and forest. The villa has a traditional ibizenca style that combines stone with white walls which is a typical construction style of the island. The villa is renovated keeping the original style.
The exteriors of the villa offer a lot of terraces in the middle of the nature and fields. There is a very nice view towards San Juan countryside and the interior of the island.
The closest town is San Juan about 4km away where there are restaurants and shops.

The path towards the villa is not asphalted, but it is not needed an off- road vehicle. The closest access to the villa it is from the main road, about 1.7km. The owner of the villa loves animals, so there are 2 donkeys at the plot next to the house as well as 2 cats around the property. (important information for clients that have allergies to donkeys or cats).

The cleaning manager lives in an annex house in the same plot about 50m away from the main house. She can also clean the clothes for the clients if they want to.
The garden maintenance team comes once a week, as well as the pool maintenance team.
