This magnificent Villa T5 equipped with wifi. , is located 10 minutes drive from the city center of Saint Pierre and its beaches.
You will be 5 minutes from the beach and picnic areas of Grande Anse and close to all amenities (Bakery, Post Office, Pharmacy, restaurant, supermarket, service station...)
The Villa is a peaceful haven ideal for a pleasant stay on the intense island.
It consists of a large terrace with its salt pool, a living/living room with connected flat screen TV.
A fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave...)

You will have 2 air-conditioned rooms on the ground floor with a double bed of 160 and a private shower room in each room.
Upstairs you will find 2 other air-conditioned rooms that share a large bathroom with bathtub and a private roof top terrace.
You will also have 2 separate toilets and a piece of furniture with a waxed concrete basin
Other amenities: washing machine, iron and ironing board, additional towels for the pool and beach.
You will have three parking spaces outside
If you wish, during your stay you can order a breakfast from your hosts (extra charge)
Cleaning at the end of the stay and household linen (towels, sheets, pillowcase and tea towels) are included in the price.
