This charming mas offers the benefits of total privacy and tranquillity, yet is just a stone's throw from Montpellier's historic centre. It combines charming Mediterranean style with an abundance of facilities, from its 2800 m2 gardens and infinity pool to its summer pavilion and pool house, two terraces and table football.

Among the tall cedars and mature olive trees of the lush garden is the superb saltwater infinity pool, which will keep you cool even on the hottest southern days. The pool terrace enjoys all-day sunshine and the adjacent pavilion has a summer kitchen that can cater for breakfast, aperitifs and soft drinks (with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher). The pavilion's dining area provides constant shade for the 6 people it can accommodate - and uninterrupted views over the park (including the pretty stone facade of the Mas), so that family and friends can gather in the serenity of this corner of the garden on warm summer evenings. The pavilion extension contains a fully private double bedroom with en-suite shower room, which opens directly onto the pool terrace. Other convivial activities include the traditional Provençal game of pétanque.

All 350 m2 are air-conditioned, including the 100 m2 lounge with its colourful, quirky decor and exposed-beam architecture that emphasises the height and airiness of the ceilings. The large picture windows let in plenty of light while offering expansive views over the garden to guests relaxing on the sofa, the 4 large armchairs, facing the ornate fireplace, or playing table football. The indoor dining room seats up to 10 people next to the fully equipped kitchen, with its central island and direct access to the outdoor dining area and barbecue. The outdoor dining area is located on the terrace which runs the length of the main façade, and benefits from large canvas shade sails to make alfresco dining comfortable and convenient during the day, and is lit by criss-crossing hanging lights in the evening to give a magical aura to evening meals. An area adjacent to the terrace is equipped with two armchairs and sofas.

The wing of the villa houses the master suite with direct access to the front terrace, its spacious en-suite bathroom (with shower and bath) and an office area. The west wing of the villa is divided into two areas, offering 4 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first area consists of two single children's bedrooms with an additional cot, sharing a shower room and having access to the front terrace through French windows. The second area comprises 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom: each bedroom has a roof window and electric roller shutter, providing plenty of light during the day and access to the front terrace via French windows.

Thanks to its convenient location, the villa is just a few minutes' walk from all the essentials: the Odyseum shopping centre, with its restaurants, cinemas, large supermarket and many fashion boutiques, is just a few minutes' walk away; from the Odysseum tram station, you can also get to Montpellier city centre or the seaside. There is plenty of on-site parking for your car if you want to go on an adventure and see more of the area. The proximity of the historic city of Montpellier, the beaches and the Pic Saint Loup offers families and friends a multitude of activities: tasting the wines of the Occitan region, hiking to the Pic-Saint-Loup to admire the breathtaking scenery, or playing golf or tennis in Castelnau-le-Lez, just 4 minutes away by car.
