Quantock House is situated over 1000 feet above beautiful unspoilt Brewer’s Bay, and within ten minutes drive of Tortola’s famous Cane Garden Bay. At this altitude the cooling trade winds make for a wonderful all year round living temperature. The lush gardens are a particular feature, with bananas, paw-paws and avocados in season, and a simply stunning variety of mature tropical planting which provides a magnificent foreground to the sea view. The large great room offers plenty of comfortable seating with formal dining table with seating for 8 persons. The well equipped kitchen looks out onto a small courtyard with BBQ. A deck off the living area boasts fantastic views of Jost Van Dyke and Sandy Spit. The adjoining office with powder room has computer and internet connect.
