The apartment is on the ground floor - Ideal for a couple plus children or two couples, 4 adults or 2 adults plus 3 children maximum.

The flat is 100m2 and includes :

- a large fully equipped kitchen with dinning space

The sofa in the living room can eventually accommodate an extra guest as it have the size of a regular one person bed.

The flat is on the ground floor of a clean, safe building from the 30's with beautiful garden and high ceilings. The bedding is of high quality along modern equipment and original apartment with lots of charm.

The apartment is very quiet because it overlooks the courtyard in summer you can even hear the seagulls.

The apartment is 5 mn walking from Sacré-Coeur. It is located in an artists area, secured with access codes. The area is friendly and popular, trendy and calm, with many nice places to discover.

The metro is one hundred meters from the flat, (line 2 15 min from Etoile Champs Elysées, and line 4, 15 mn from Beaubourg). Many buses, Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est are very close too.
