You can stroll the banks of the Seine, admire the neighboring Notre Dame cathedral, enjoy the popular sidewalk cafes of Saint Germain, or party in the trendy spots of the Marais. This beautifully preserved and authentic quarter will make your stay in Paris unforgettable.
The apartment is located on the island’s primary commercial street, where you will find the excellent bakery La Crémerie Saint Aubin, which also sells best ice cream of Paris, Berthillon, not found anywhere else in the world. Arrival: 1:30 -8pm.
Departure: 8h am - 11pm. (extra charge for late check-out)
Booking deposit: 50% of the total rental amount. The payment of costs of households are also due at booking. (secure online payment by credit card or bank transfer)
The balance must be paid 24h of your arrival in credit card (Mastercard, Visa). No keys will be given without the full payment of your stay.
Upon receipt of payment of the balance, you will receive on request by email the rental agreement.
A dammage deposit will be required upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
If your cancellation occurs
100 days before arrival the amount paid will be fully refunded,
Between 100 and 31 days before arrival: charge 20% of the total cost and booking fees
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% charge of the total cost and booking fees
Less than 15 days before arrival: loss of fees that are 100% booking fee
We will have to necessarily be notified of cancellation of stay by email

This apartment is in the best location in Paris! It's everything you need from comfort to convenience. The apartment itself is modern with everything you would have at home from dishes and utensils to very comfortable bedding and enough room which is hard to find in a Paris rental! It overlooks the street which is the best! There are markets, bakeries and cafés all around, along with shops and boutiques. All within a few hundred feet! The owners are highly responsive, kind and really care that you have the most amazing trip in their place ever. You feel like part of a Parisian family staying here. If you want to really experience being a Parisian and the culture and life of this beautiful place away from the constant tourism in the middle of the city, look no further! The area of this apt is safe, quiet, beautiful and within walking distance of everything you need including metro and RER train stations. The price is worth everything and this is the only place I would ever want to rent in Paris!!! I highly recommend it and it won't disappoint!!! Jill A on 04/26/2014

We booked this apartment after being unable to stay at our first choice hotel for the duration of our stay. Needless to say we wished the hotel didn't have any availability and we could have stayed all four nights. Warm welcome from the guys in the hotel where you collect the keys, a little tricky to find which floor we were on(probably due to us being so exhausted on arrival) but absolutely fantastic package from start to finish. Warm welcome from Sam, who arrived on the dot, armed with de rigueur crash helmet, beautiful muse and bottle of red. The apartment itself is perfectly appointed, and impeccably styled with typical French élan- simple and oh so chic. With a fromagerie directly underneath (slight eau du fromage in the lounge/kitchen but even for a non cheese lover this was never a problem) Eddie the boulangerer two doors down, and the alimenterie directly opposite, the choice of location was perfect. Dining out was also well covered; the excellent Cafe St. Regis being located less than fifty yards away. -All in all the perfect Parisien bolthole. -Mickeywhizz on 01/29/2014
