Every room of the apartment exudes a very pleasant atmosphere.
It is a completely unexpected place in the heart of Paris.
It is also well located with a real good traditional french bakery and a supermarket within 150 m and 2 different metro stations within 600 m.
Montmartre is a hill (the butte Montmartre) which is 130 metres high, giving its name to the surrounding district, in the north of Paris in the 18th arrondissement, a part of the Right Bank. Montmartre is primarily known for the white-domed Basilica of the Sacré Cœur on its summit and as a nightclub district. The other, older, church on the hill is Saint Pierre de Montmartre, which claims to be the location at which the Jesuit order of priests was founded. Many artists had studios or worked around the community of Montmartre such as Salvador Dalí, Amedeo Modigliani, Claude Monet, Piet Mondrian, Pablo Picasso and Vincent van Gogh. Montmartre is also the setting for several hit films.

OPTIONS FOR THE CHECK-IN
Driver option :
Request a driver from one of our partners who will pick you up at the airport/train station, drive you to the apartment, give you the keys and help you settle in.

Hotel option :

Meeting point option :
Between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we can manage to set up a meeting at your apartment to give you the keys and check you in.
However we are flexible between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm as long as we do not have any back to back check-in that conflict with yours. But we can’t guarantee anything unless we have your precise arrival details. Nb : As our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, we can’t confirm that the cleaning be done before this time. If not, you will still be able to get the keys, drop your luggage inside and leave the apartment until 3:00 pm so that our employee can process the cleaning freely. By the time you come back to the apartment, you can then be sure that the cleaning has been entirely completed.
CHECK OUT INFORMATION :
Before 11 am.
Remove the key from the set which is hanged on the inside of the partment door, lock the door and leave the key under the doormat when you leave

Towels and linens provided
A €300 refundable security deposit in cash is due at check-in, and refunded at check-out.
Occupancy tax of 0,83 per person and per night
Utilities charges : 80 Euros
We require a deposit of 60% upon booking and 40% on arrival
