The Canal St Martin (75010) is one of the most peaceful and trendy area of Paris and a very romantic place. This is actually were had been shot the famous scene of "Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain".
It is still navigated by numerous barges.
You will also be able to walk to the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, very nice for a relaxing stroll.
You can also enjoy the mk2 cinema close to the apartment, quai de seine.
You are also very close to the famous “Parc de la Villette”, a lively and cultural area.
Many shops and stores are close to the apartment : bakery, butchery, supermarket, restaurant, cafe, doctor, drugstore, open air market, theater, club, laundromat, hospital.
The whole neighborhood is very lively and safe, pretty calm. It is considered to be one the trendiest place to live in. Plenty of designer’s stores around, traditional and exotic places to eat...

Meeting point option :
Between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we can manage to set up a meeting at your apartment to give you the keys and check you in.
However we are flexible between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm as long as we do not have any back to back check-in that conflict with yours. But we can’t guarantee anything unless we have your precise arrival details. Nb : As our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, we can’t confirm that the cleaning be done before this time. If not, you will still be able to get the keys, drop your luggage inside and leave the apartment until 3:00 pm so that our employee can process the cleaning freely. By the time you come back to the apartment, you can then be sure that the cleaning has been entirely completed.

Occupancy tax of 0,83 per person and per night

Security deposit : 200 Euros
