A great 28m2 apartment located in the heart of the authentic Montmartre area and close to the Sacré-Coeur Basilica.
Well-equipped and decorated it will perfectly fit for 2 people.
At the 2nd floor (no lift) of a building secured with 2 codes, the apartment has all the appliances and equipments you'll need for your stay : a TV and a free wifi access is provided, with also a washing machine, an iron/ironing board and an hairdryer.
The apartment's bedroom has then a comfortable double-sized bed, with a drawer where you can store your clothes.
The kitchen is furnished with hardware as an oven, a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer and vitro-ceramic hotplates. There are also a coffee maker, a toaster and a water kettle and a variety of kitchen utensils.

OPTIONS FOR THE CHECK-IN

Pick up the keys at the Aulivia Hotel’s reception desk:

Meeting point option :
Between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we can manage to set up a meeting at your apartment to give you the keys and check you in.
However we are flexible between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm as long as we do not have any back to back check-in that conflict with yours. But we can’t guarantee anything unless we have your precise arrival details. Nb : As our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, we can’t confirm that the cleaning be done before this time. If not, you will still be able to get the keys, drop your luggage inside and leave the apartment until 3:00 pm so that our employee can process the cleaning freely. By the time you come back to the apartment, you can then be sure that the cleaning has been entirely completed.

Before 11 am.
Leave the keys on the table and clap the door behind you. Please let us know at what time you will check out.

A €200 refundable security deposit
Occupancy tax of 0,83 per person and per nigh
Utilities charges : 45 Euros
We require a deposit of 60% on booking and 40% balance at the arrival
