The PRESIDENTIAL PENTHOUSE has 360 degree Mountain & Ocean views indoor and balcony dining, 2 bathrooms, TV drawing room with fire place and a separate lounge and daybed relaxation space. King Size Bed. Private mini bar and tea/coffee station.
The EN SUITE BEDROOM boasts magnificent views of the 12 Apostle Mountain Range and the Atlantic Ocean. An en-suite bedroom overlooking the gardens, mountains and pool; total privacy. With it's own private library and home to a Steinway Grand Piano- this 150sqm² room is individually appointed and unique. A large terrace facing the ocean makes for endless vistas of the Atlantic. Private mini bar and coffee/tea facilities as well as snacks makes this suite a home away from home.
EMPERORS
The KING SUITE is an elegant suite with a terrace overlooking the ocean with side views of the 12 Apostles. Beautiful open-plan bath area. Sophisticated and private. Lounge area shared with the Queen Suite. The bath area includes a bath-tub and a walk-in shower. Located one level below the lounge and garden area. Super size King s bed (or 2 singles)
The QUEEN SUITE is a romantic suite with a feature bath in the bedroom. Charming and enticing decor, with desk/working area and a large terrace with 180° uninterrupted view of the ocean and the Twelve apostles.

The LIONS HEAD ROOM is a vibrant, warm and intimate space. with a modern and unique ensemble overlooking Lion's Head Nature Reserve.

Breakfast is fully inclusive and served daily from 07h30 -10h30.
Lunch and dinner is available daily – please let us know if you wish to join. We endeavor to use fresh, local ingredients when preparing meals - should you have any dietary requirements or specific preferences please inform us and we will gladly make arrangements.
In partnership with Buitenverwachting Wines from Constantia, we boast a fine wine list.
We also offer a private wine tasting of South African wine with an experienced sommelier - please inform us if you would
like to indulge in this experience.
Reverse osmosis filtered drinking water is provided in all rooms and at all meals.
Children 13 years and older are welcome.
This does not apply to exclusive use reservations that include all suites.
We are the perfect venue for celebrations and quality time with friends and family.
Cape Town International is located approximately 30 minutes from us and the city's Atlantic Seaboard area.
Taxis & UBER are readily available at both ends of the journey. Please ask us about our complimentary airport transfer when reserving with us.

- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of the invoice date in order to confirm the reservation. The balance payment is due 45 days prior to the date of arrival.
*We reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice if the full balance is not received within 30 days of the arrival date.

6-12 weeks’ notice – 60% of full reservation amount

This is the second time I have stayed here and the service just keeps on giving and getting better. The standards and service are amazing and one feels totally pampered. There is no-where else I will stay when in Cape Town - Clifton paradise. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by familiar friendly faces of the staff whom immediately took our luggage to the room. We have bubbles on ice in our room, fresh fruit and chocolates. It was a beautiful evening so we relaxed upstairs and enjoyed some bubbles with a chessboard that was prepared for us. We decided on this occasion to have dinner which was superb. Your wine is topped up immediately - water also which was lovely. The private chef they brought in prepared the most wonderful food for us. I was happy to then go and relax on the balcony and enjoy my surroundings. Breakfast is served where ever you want it and is magnificent. The views are the highest and best in Cape Town and really are as you see them in the photos! I look forward to coming back and bringing my family also.

As a surprise for my 70th birthday I was so lucky to stay here; it was a wonderful & amazing experience, nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the moment we arrived to our departure, they wait on you hand & foot. Set high over looking beautiful Camps Bay & surrounded by the Twelve Apostles it is so peaceful whether out in the garden or relaxing on the most comfortable sofas on the patio. Inside there are many luxurious areas to relax surrounded by so many wonderful works of art. Cape Town centre is just a short ride away. Having stayed in many 5* places , here is more than this ~~ 6/7* ~~ I HIGHLY RECOMEND a stay here & thank Hugo, Elodie & all the staff for such a memorable stay. Thank you so much.
