It is located in a secure luxury residence with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis court, and large wooded park. This vacation rental offers unique amenities and panoramic sea views of Nice and the Baie des Anges.

It is located on the ground floor and benefits from a large 60m² (640 sq ft) terrace, ideal for enjoying the long, sunny days on the Côte d'Azur.

Fully equipped kitchen area opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped living/dining room with TV.

2 bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with four single beds (two bunk beds). 1 shower room with separate toilet.

Note: Access to the pool and tennis courts is available at an additional cost. Rate of €50/week per person for access to the pool and clubhouse.
